It can’t change your store
Plainview asks Shopify for one permission: to read orders. It never writes to your store or to any of your accounts.
No customer details
We keep order totals and products, never your customers’ names, emails or addresses.
Gone when you go
Logins to your other tools are encrypted. Disconnect one and everything read from it is deleted. Uninstall and the rest follows.

When can I install it?
Plainview is on its way to the Shopify App Store. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you the day it’s live.
How is it different from your custom dashboards?
Plainview is the same design and the same core numbers, set up by you in a few minutes. A custom dashboard is built around your business by us, with more tools, pace against your plan, stock run rates and any panel you ask for.
Which numbers does it use?
Net sales come from Shopify, after discounts and refunds and before tax and shipping, dated the way Shopify’s own reports date them. Spend and ROAS come from each ad platform. MER is your net sales over all your ad spend.
Do I need to rename my ads?
No. If you put a script and hook code in an ad’s name (S04 H01, say), Plainview also groups results by script, so you can see which ideas work across every ad that used them.
Does it work outside the UK?
Yes. It reads your store’s own currency and time zone.
