Product pages that answer questions
Clear photos, sizes, delivery times and returns, close to the add to basket button. Every question a shopper has to email about is an order at risk.
Services · Shopify website design
We design and build Shopify stores for product brands, from a first shop to a full rebuild. London based, working UK wide. Every store starts with a consultation, then a written plan and a fixed quote.
Who it is for
Maybe you are launching your first products and need a proper store, not a template with your logo dropped in. Or your store has grown in bits: a theme bought years ago, a stack of apps doing small jobs, and pages that crawl on a phone.
Either way, we plan the store around how your customers shop, then design and build it on Shopify. You end up with a store you can run yourself, ready for ads, email and search.
What a good store needs
A Shopify store lives or dies on a few pages: the product page, the collection page and the basket. That is where we spend our time.
Clear photos, sizes, delivery times and returns, close to the add to basket button. Every question a shopper has to email about is an order at risk.
Shop by range, by need or by occasion, with filters that work with a thumb. Shoppers should reach the right product in a couple of taps.
Plenty of shoppers arrive on a phone, straight from an ad or an email. We design and check every page at phone size first, from the gallery to the basket.
Every app adds weight and often a monthly bill. We use what Shopify does well on its own first, and only add apps that earn their place.
Products customers personalise before they buy, photo uploads with a live preview, and gift cards. Built to be easy to use and easy for you to manage.
Page titles, descriptions and product details Google can read, clean web addresses, and the sitemap submitted at launch.

How we work
We talk about your products, your customers and what is not working today. Book through our contact page and we reply within one business day.
You get a written plan: the pages, the features, what we need from you and a timeline. The quote is fixed before anything starts.
You see a real design early. Then we build it on a preview theme you can click through on your own phone.
Test orders, domain connected, sitemap submitted to Google. Then we show you how to add products, run offers and manage orders.
In practice
TimeFrame Gifts prints a photo on glass, acrylic or canvas, then plays a video over it when you scan a code. We built their Shopify store from the first page to the checkout, with a personaliser, a live preview, collections by occasion and gift cards.
Read the case studyMade Of More sells on Shopify. We look after their strategy and paid growth, and we built the private dashboard that brings their Shopify sales, ads and email into one view. It is the work that starts once a store is live.

For online stores, yes. Shopify handles payments, stock and orders well, and it is easy for you to run day to day. If you need a site that does not sell online, see our website design service.
Yes. We build the new design on an unpublished theme inside your store, so the current one stays live while we work. Your products, customers and orders do not move. When you are happy, we publish it.
Yes. You keep your domain. We bring your products across and redirect old page addresses, so existing links still land somewhere useful. The plan sets out exactly what moves and what does not.
It depends on how many products you have and the features you need. You get a timeline in the written plan before anything starts. The biggest factor is usually how quickly photos and product details come through.
Yes. The Shopify account is in your name, you pay Shopify directly for your plan and any apps, and the design and content are yours. There is no contract tying you to us.
