Deleting your data, step by step.

The short version: disconnect a tool in That Other Dashboard and everything That Other Dashboard read from it is deleted straight away. Uninstall That Other Dashboard and everything else is deleted too. Or email us and we will do it for you.

Delete what That Other Dashboard read from one tool

This works for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo and Recharge.

In your Shopify admin, open Apps, then That Other Dashboard.
In the Data sources panel, find the tool and click Disconnect, then Yes, disconnect.

That Other Dashboard deletes its login to that tool and every figure it read from it, straight away. For Klaviyo, it also cancels the login with Klaviyo. For the others, remove That Other Dashboard in the tool’s own settings too, as below, so its access ends there as well.

Remove That Other Dashboard in each tool

Meta Ads. In your Meta business settings, look under Integrations for connected apps and remove That Other Dashboard. If you logged in with your own Facebook profile, also remove it in Facebook’s settings under Business integrations.
Google Ads. Go to myaccount.google.com/connections with the Google account you connected, choose That Other Dashboard and remove its access.
TikTok Ads. In TikTok Ads Manager or Business Center, find the apps you have authorised and remove That Other Dashboard.
Klaviyo. That Other Dashboard cancels its own login when you disconnect. You can also remove That Other Dashboard in Klaviyo, under Integrations.
Recharge. In Recharge, go to Tools & apps, then API tokens, and delete the token you made for That Other Dashboard.

Removing That Other Dashboard in a tool without disconnecting it in That Other Dashboard stops That Other Dashboard reading it. To delete what That Other Dashboard already holds from it, disconnect it in That Other Dashboard as well, or ask us.

Delete everything

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings, then Apps.
Find That Other Dashboard and uninstall it.

Your logins to connected tools and everything read from them are deleted at once. 48 hours later Shopify tells us to delete the rest, and we delete your orders, products, board and settings. The gap lets you reinstall without losing your history if you change your mind. Deleted data can stay in our database provider’s backups for up to 7 days.

Ask us to do it

Email hello@thatotheragency.co.uk with your store’s address (yourstore.myshopify.com) and what you would like deleted: one tool’s data, or everything. We will check the request comes from the store, delete the data within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

If you are a store’s customer

That Other Dashboard keeps no personal details about the customers of the stores that use it, so there is nothing about you to delete. If you want a store to delete your data, ask the store you bought from.
