Half is paid up front and half when the site goes live. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
Common questions
Before you ask.
How long does it take?
A simple site is usually ready in two to three weeks. A full build takes four to six. The biggest factor is how quickly you can send photos and answer questions.
I already have a domain, or a site on Wix or Squarespace. Can you work with that?
Yes. You keep your domain and your email. We build the new site, then point the domain at it, so you can cancel the old platform.
Do I need to write the words or supply photos?
No writing needed. Tell us about the business and we will write it. Your own photos are always best, and we can tidy them up for you.
Can you build an online shop?
Yes. We build full stores on Shopify, with product pages, collections, payments and delivery. That includes the harder parts, such as products customers personalise before they buy. See the TimeFrame Gifts store for an example.
Will I own the website?
Yes. The site, the domain and the content are yours. There is no contract tying you in.
Can you help me get more visitors once it is live?
Yes. Every site is set up for Google at launch. If you want steady growth after that, our ongoing growth support covers search, ads and content.
