Services · Plumbers and electricians

Plumber and electrician websites that make the phone ring.

When a pipe bursts or the power trips, people search, pick someone who looks trustworthy and call. We build websites for plumbers, heating engineers and electricians that are easy to call from, clear about where you work and honest about your accreditations.

Two kinds of customer

One is panicking. One is comparing.

A good plumbing or electrical website works for both, often on the same page.

The urgent call

Water through the ceiling

They are on a phone, stressed, and want someone today. They need your number in one tap, whether you take emergency call outs, and proof that you cover their area. Anything slower and they ring someone else.

The planned job

A new boiler or a rewire

They have time, and they will compare two or three firms. They read reviews, look at past jobs, check your accreditations and then ask for a quote. They need detail, photos and a simple way to describe the job.

What your site needs

Built for the moment they search.

A call button always in reach

Your number in the header, and a tap to call button that stays on screen as people scroll on a phone. A WhatsApp button too, if that is how you work. Say plainly when you answer and whether you do emergency call outs.

The areas you cover, clearly

A list of the towns and postcode areas you cover, and a proper page for the main ones. A customer two towns over should know straight away that you will come out.

Accreditations, shown honestly

Show the schemes you actually belong to, such as Gas Safe for gas work or NICEIC or NAPIT for electrical work, with your registration number and a link to the public register so customers can check. Never a logo you are not entitled to use.

Reviews from real customers

Your Google reviews, or those from the platform you use, shown on the site with a link to read them all. In the customer’s own words, never made up.

A quote form that takes photos

Job type, postcode, how urgent it is and a photo of the problem. You can see a weeping valve or a scorched socket before deciding whether it is worth the drive.

Matched to your Google Business Profile

Local searches often show the map before any website. Your profile and your site should share the same name, number, areas and hours, and link to each other.

The pages

What goes on the site.

Every site is planned around your own work, but most plumbing, heating and electrical sites need something like this.

Service pages

A page for each job you want more of

  • Boiler installation, servicing and repairs
  • Leaks, blockages and burst pipes
  • Bathrooms and heating systems
  • Rewires and consumer unit upgrades
  • Fault finding and electrical testing, such as EICRs
  • EV chargers, lighting and smart controls

Trust and contact pages

The pages people check before they call

  • An about page showing who turns up at the door
  • Accreditations and insurance, with register links
  • Reviews, with a link to read them all
  • Areas covered, with pages for your main towns
  • Contact, with your hours and emergency call out details

How we work

Four steps. No surprises.

01

A consultation

A call about the work you do, the areas you cover and how you like customers to get in touch.

02

A plan and a fixed quote

A written list of every page and feature, what we need from you and a launch date. The quote is fixed before we begin.

03

We write and build

You send photos of your work and your accreditation details. We write the pages and build the site, and you check it on your own phone.

04

Live and tested

We connect your domain, try the call button and the form from a real phone, submit the site to Google and link it to your Business Profile.

Common questions

Before you ask.

Can you put my Gas Safe or NICEIC logo on the site?

If you are registered, yes. Each scheme has its own rules on using its logo, and we follow them. We add your registration number and a link to the public register where we can. If you are not registered with a scheme, its logo stays off the site.

Most of my work comes from word of mouth. Do I need a website?

Word of mouth still ends in a search. People look up the name they were given before they ring, and a clear site with your reviews and accreditations backs up the recommendation.

Can customers send photos of the job?

Yes. The quote form can take photos, so you can see the problem before deciding whether to go out, and turn up with the right parts.

Will it work with my Google Business Profile?

Yes. We match the name, phone number, areas and hours on your site to your profile and link the two. If you do not have a profile yet, we show you how to set one up. Google checks it with you directly.

Have you built websites for plumbers before?

Our closest build is Elite Southwest, a specialist engineering firm with the same needs: trust, area pages and quick quotes. Everything on this page is what we would plan for a plumbing or electrical business, tailored to yours at the consultation. See our website design service for more of how we work.

Do you work outside London?

Yes. We are based in London and build sites for trades across the UK. Everything works by call, email and messages, and your photos can come straight from your phone.
